退款政策
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on applicable merchandise provided you are received within fourteen (14) days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify global.wv@weaving.co.kr within 7 business days of the delivery date. Approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization Number.
- You must report any damaged or wrongly shipped item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached to be accepted for return
- We will only accept returns with a Return Authorization Number.

- Damaged items & incurred after 14 days, will not be accepted for return and will be subsequently sent back to the customer and shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during transit.
- All returns will be applied as store credit only to be used for future orders.
- Credit memos will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.
- Damaged items will be provided with a return label.
We do not held responsible for loss or stolen packages during transit shipping and returns.

Third party goods that are not under Joy Jean label is not eligible for returns or exchanges, these are final sale.
