Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

For all US orders, we provide FedEx or DHL international shipping.
  • Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within (2-5) days of purchase in business day. (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Shipping is offered at a standard rate of $15 for all orders within the United States.
  • The $15 shipping fee is non-refundable and not calculated in return refunds.
International Shipping
We apologize at the moment we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

 
**We do not held responsible for loss or stolen packages occur during transit shipping and returns.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on applicable merchandise provided you are received within fourteen (14) days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify global.wv@weaving.co.kr within 7 business days of the delivery date. Approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization Number.
  • You must report any damaged or wrongly shipped item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached to be accepted for return.
  • We will only accept returns with a Return Authorization Number.
  • Damaged items & incurred after 14 days, will not be accepted for return and will be subsequently sent back to the customer and shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.
  • All returns will be applied as store credit only to be used for future orders.
  • Your store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.
  • Damaged items will be provided with a return label.

Exchanges are currently unavailable.
Only refund or store credits are allowed.
Third party goods that are not under Joy Jean label is not eligible for returns or exchanges, these are final sale.

All sale items are final sale.
All items marked final sale are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
